It is normally rather easy to book with Bales Worldwide with the pleasant staff assisting you. Clients recognize the name as an upmarket journey provider and therefore feel secure when purchasing the products. However, I would find it an easier booking process if there were specialist sales people to talk to, with knowledge and experience of the regional products sold.
This issue was resolved by sending Aspen Travel an email of all the separate regional numbers with the contact names of the specialists at Bales Worldwide. The regional info and reservation lines have also been made clearer on the Bales Agents website.
